i want to know that how can i file a case agst xyz company for not paid minimum wages to her employes.

whats a process for filling a case agst such employers who not paid minimum wages

GO TO LABOUR OFFICER, WHO WILL TELL YOU ALL PROCEDURE FREE OF COST,BECOUSE IT IS HIS/HER DUTY TO TELL YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO KNOW HERE.

Give a complaint to the Asst Commissioner of Labout of your area. They will issue notice to the company and will take action.
