A. Is there any judgement, where it proves that the student is not a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act?

B. Is there any judgement, where it proves that the credit card holder is not a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act?

1.Since student is paying fees he is a consumer.
2.Credit card holder is customer of a bank as he is having bank account with bank so he is consumer.
