Which Court've the jurisdiction to grant or refuse Anticipatory Bail? i.e. If the offence has been committed in B state and accused residing in A state, whether the Sessions Court or High court of the A state having jurisdiction to decide Anticipatory Bail application.... your views pls... Thanks.

PLACE OF OFFENCE IS THE JURISDICTION OF SESSIONS COURT OF SAME DISTRICT/HIGH COURT OF SAME CAUSE OF ACTION OF STATE.

The place where the crime has been committed will decide the jurisdiction of the court to grant/refuse anticipatory bail. If the crime is committed in A state, the Court of session/High Court under whose jurisdiction the said place of crime is situated wiil accept/reject anticipatory bail application.
