sir my wife committe suecide on 34th dec 2010 after one and 8 months of marriage. she remain under treatment of depression for 8 months just months of marriage. at the time of suecide my in laws not reacted but after 10 days they lodge a FIR under section 498a and 306. what should i do before arresting

Try your luck by applying for anticipatory bail. If the court gets convinced that her depression was responsible for her suicide then you may get the bail.
