Dear Expert,

Kindly let me know the process of mutual divorce.

If I will prepare the paper and get the signature both husband and wife then submit to the court its fine or we both go to court first.

Please let me know the details. I want just prepare the paper with the help of lawyer and get the signature both and submit the court. It is possible or not?

Mutual Divorce Petition submitted to the court by both the parties. Then the court will fix a date.

both parties sign a joint petition for mutual divorce but they must be living separately for atleast one yr. before the petition

Mutual divorce petition has to be filed jointly in a single petition. They have to appear in person at the time of hearing.
