about divorce

dear sir,
i want to know if husband or wife had a past relation with someone else and it has been completly over before marriage then on this ground husband or wife can take divorce without other's consent plz help me

Thanks to all of you but if real brother of wife said to husband that give me some money and i will say to infront of court that my sister had a past relation and on this ground you will get divorce then what will happen?
