In normal perlance the invitation of the spouse to live and share life together.

restitution of conjugal rights is explained in section 9 of Hindu Marriage act 1955. when one of the spouse leaves the company of the other than any of them can file a petition for the restitution of conjugal rights. it is the invitation of one spouse to the other to live with her or him.
