Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 10 March 2011 This query is : Resolved
Is a will, appropriately signed by the executor and by witnesses, but without specifying executors, considered valid?

a will must be executed in the presence of the marginal witnesses. when the witnesses are not present than its authenticity is disputed and it can not be considered as valid will.
