need help under section12(A)domestic violence

Respected sir,

in dv case when interim order given by jmfc is challenged in session court.

before the hearing in the session court lawyer of Applicant has given an Application for attach warrant for the recovery of rewarded maintenance through movable and immovable properties of the respondents.

1)property and money of father can be covered in this section?

2)father is Respondent-no-2?

applicant lawyer can take any kind of steps even for interim.even if respondents are incapable to fulfil the passed order.

3)is session court providing opportunity to respondent for reconsideration of order?

4)is session court making questions to respondent or only lawyers arguements? and result

5)if respondent wanted to say some words he has to say by raising his hands for permission or megistrate directly offers to say?

6)can session court cancel the application of the respondent?

7)if respondent are unable to pay interim money is applicant can send them to jail.
