Forged tenancy agreement

Is it possible to register a criminal case in case it is established that a tenancy agreement has been forged to get a Trade license.Please let me know the sections under which the convict can be charged as well as the punishments imposed.

You file a police complaint, you need not mention the sections.

Yes, just bring to the notice of the Police or the court the offence committed by the tenant. Rest would be taken care of by the investigating agency itself.

Just a complaint to the Inspector of Police (Criminal Branch) is enough.
