cancellation of will deed

I have filed a cancellation of will deed which happened to be fabricated one I was surprised to see that the boundaries in the will cannot be actually identified in the said will the eastern side there was shown neighbors plot but actually there is common passage when when the western side there is actually a road but in the will eastern side it was shown that there is a neighbors land. is this will deed

Are you sure you have seen the sides not from your own sides, but from the sides of the house, which a person can see by standing inside the house by facing towards the front door?
