Information Under RTI Act-State Bank Of India Draft

One of my reletives created a bogus sale agreement of family properties by forging signatures of other coparcners on a stamped papewhich also appears bogus.
It was "created" in 1995(sixteen years back).The other family members came to know about the existance of this agreement only recently.
In that agreement it is mentioned that he received by way of draft No... dt26/10/1995 from ... branch of SBI.Can we get the information about the issue of this dtraft, encahshment etc.by applying
to the SBI.:
1. Where should the RTI application be filed, and addressed to whom?
2. How long should we wait for the reply?

Please enlighten me on the procedure.

You can apply to concerned branch manager and should wait up to 30 days.

Payment made by bank on the basis of Bank Draft is permanent record of the Bank. In the said deed the description of said bank draft and person to whom said payment must have been given. Thus the said person can apply directly for providing sufficient information from even without applying under RTI Act and the bank is bound to provide the same.
