WANT TO KNOW WHAT ARE THE NECESSARY CONDITIONS FOR ORAL SETTLEMENT OF PROPERTY.

I AM TOLD THAT ONE CONDITION IS THAT THE SETTLEMENT MUST BE AMONG BENERICIARIES IN A FRIENDLY ADMOSPHERE AND CERTAINLY NOT HOSTILE

If understanding among parties exist, everything is ok but if there is no understanding, I think oral settlement is just start of disputes.

Oral is all oral means hearsay having no definite limits so no necessary condition. it is mutual faith and trust which prevails between the parties to oral agreement and this may be sole condition.
