Under trial commits suicide in jail, family suspects foul play
Second last para of the article says that
We did the Panchnama on Firday Morning as we cannot do it after sunset. Pls provide me the rule or section of the Crpc which says that Panchnama cannot be performed on night or we can say after sunset.

2 constables suspended after man dies in the custody. Pls provide me the rule or section of the Crpc which says that constable can be suspended if any person detained by the office department dies in the police custody. & How has the power to suspended the constables. Also what right does the constables has to defeat themselves.
