sir, my grandmma expired two months before. my mother have a one brother and 4 sisters. my grandmma have a some fixed deposits in bank. nominees are daughters and son. my uncle (my mother brother) and my small mum (my mother sister) the two persons running legal issue for property based. past ten years the case running.
The above said deposits nominee for daughters , sons, grand daughters (daughter). He was reject to give the deposits cerfiticates. He told I will be given after case finishing. how to claim deposits for nominee holders. Any proceedure. i have one deposit statement is available. I contact bank to shown the deposits statement. He told give me the cerfiticates. At presenet I have no cerfiticates. Who will i contact. How to claim deposits for nominnes

If you do not have the originals then ask for the fulfillment of formality in the event of loss or destruction of the original. Even thereafter the bank in absence of a court order refuses to deliver the benefits of the deposits on its maturity then file a writ petition if the bank is Public one or the civil court f the same is a privatised one.
