lease land and change in partnership

sir
if an industrial plot alotted to firm A which is partnership firm. after some time firm A requested to Athority that out of 4 partner 3 partner have retired n other one remain partner introduced his wife as a new 2nd partner in firm A. i just want to know that in which office Firm A will excute partnership deed... is it necessary to excute transfer deed again in registrar office after change in partner in firm A..

The same office in which the registration of partnership deed was originally made.

thank you sir.... m also want to knw that is any role of sub-registrar ofc (land)after changing in partnership in any Firm having lease land alotted by govenmnt.

Registrar's office will have no concern about land allotment etc. It is concerned about the changed status and cosnstitution of the firm.
