Live In Relationship

Hello,
I am having 2 sons and am having a live in relationship at the same premises belonging to me.
What are the consequenses of the lady having a live in relationship with me in case there is a break up or not.
Properties are all on my name and mothers name.
Whether there is a breakup or not, could she claim on the properties, bank balances or ask for maintainance in the future.
What time period has she to be staying with me to prove anything between us and what type of proof would be required.
I have also got a registered document of another flay showing her on leave and license basis, but she is staying at my residence with us.

she is able to get maintainace from u as per guide line of s.c she cant have any right in ur property and bank balance and this type of relation ship she have to prove that she living with u
