Matter is of civil nature or criminal?
If it is criminal go through the contents of 441,442 etc of IPC.

Yes. Trespass is two kinds. Civil trespass and criminal trespass. Whats your case?

i just wanted to know about the trespass in general to have knowledge regarding this,,,i'v read recommended sections and understood Criminal Trespass but still don't know what is Civil Trespass,,,,kindly lemme know????? thanx
