Difference between section 437, 438 & 439 because all the section take's about the bail only so we cant find the difference between interim bail & anticipatory bail.As this 3 section are for the bail purpose but which section speaks of interim bail not define.Also the difference between this 3 section really confused.

in uttar pradesh there is no provision of intrim bail.
but in the case of lal kamledra there is specific direction to the blow /trial courts to get bail disposal without going jail,annd only that is the intrim bail provision!

The term interim bail came into existence on the basis of judicial pronouncement by High Courts and Supreme Court passed time to time.
