sir,
i was working in airforce as well as was doing some financial business. As per rule a defence person cant do any business till in service but i was not interested in that service so was preparing some base so that could leave airforce. in that business i borrowed money from few persons that is around 20 laks. suddenly i suffered losses in business and caz of pressure to repay money suddenly i left job and went to some unknown place. few people filed FIR against me who were having agreemnt or PDC from me. becaz of that my parents have to suffer lot. still police visit my home frequently.
now sir 2 problems are there which i want to solve.
1. i was not supposed to leave job as a defence peroson sign a contract beofore joing. that is minimum for 15 years and i left job in 2.5 years. now 2 years passed after that . as i know with in 3 years (from when I left job) if airforce cound not catch me they will close file.
2. now i have recoverd all my losses so want to return money to everybody but i want to do that in leagal way so that my family or myself will not suffer any problem in future and even if i do this in legal way can get our lost image in socity. as after that case society treats my parents as a cheters parents but in actual i was not. i just suffered loss but people presented like that i ran away taking there money. that was not truth.
Now someone suggest me please how to sort out these both problems. As if I go directly to pay their money, defence persons will catch me and after that again I will have to work. Can I file a case against airforce( unwilling to do service) so that I wont get arrested and openly can sort out my second problem.

at the time of joining defence services,you have entered into an agreement to serve for so many years.
For getting release from the forces,there are genuine methods like applying release on compassionate ground. Your grounds will be investigated by the defence with the help of DSSAB. If found you may get release.
Normally no court in the country interfers in such matters.
regarding paying the money to people whom you borrowerd,you try to settle the issue through friends and relatives.

thanks to reply sir..
but sir i already left service before 2 years without giving any notice as i was not having any compassionate ground just i was not willing to continue that job so i left. police frequently visit my home to search me. i want to get rid of this problem and if i sit silently how long will it take to close this case automaticaly.
