Use of RBI Quartors for Pvt Purpose

Dear Sir,
I want tofile a complaint against a employee of RBI For following reasons...
1. He is publishing a news paper as a Founder Editor of news paper.
2.He is president of NGO
3.His news papare is registered on the adress of His staff quorters.
4.One news paper which is registred and now closed by him on staff quortoers adress but registered with his wifes name...is having criminalcase and now it is closed.
So what is possibility of launching a Public pettition or possibility of compalining to Governer .....How governer or RBI Can allow private news agency registration in RBI Quarters.

You can make your compalaint to the Governer RBI or the CVC. However for your information Governer or RBI has no role in allowing registeration of newspaper. Registration is done by the Registrar of Newspapers in India after due verification of address and other particulars of the editor, etc., by the area police. He has also no concern about the address from where it is published. It is only the RBI to take appropriate action only if brought to the notice of the RBI about misuse of the premises for private purposes or for profit earning purposes.

Is the editor running the news paper without knowledge of anybody? Is any prohibition to any rbi staff to be an editor to any news paper. I think Without affect his duty he can do any legal jobs..

Mr.Tom Advocate ..But as per Government of India RESERVE BANK OF INDIA ( STAFF) REGULATIONS, 1948 Clause No 35,36,37,37A,38,42,44(2) THIS IS A SERIOUS OFFENSE .

holding these positions in a newspaper is against rules and regulations as laid down in the RESERVE BANK OF INDIA (STAFF) REGULATIONS, 1948, Section IV, Clause 37 and 42).

You send a letter along with proof to the RBI local head office. Sure they will take action.
You can also go in person and lodge the complaint.
