Not served the notice period

Hello,

I worked in Office Tiger (BPO) in chennai from 2004 to 2007. I got a good offer in Delhi in my IT field and was ready to buy the notice period. But, my manager was not ready to relieve me at that time. Consiering my future, I quit the job without serving the notice period. The status is now showing as terminated. Is it possible to get the relieving and experience letter by paying the notice period amount now? Kindy advise. Thanks in advance.

Whether your company TIGER is registered Bpo? Do you have any proof for your request for relieving? If yes mean you can challenge your termination. You just request now for your experience certificate. If your erstwhile manager denied your request mean just file a writ petition against your unlawful termination, and wilful deny to issue experience certificate.

Thanks for your immediate reply. Unfortunately, I don't have any proof for the submission of my relieving. However, I am ready to pay the recovery amount now.

You have spoiled your relationship with the company. You should have thought all these things first.

Even now discuss with the senior officials to resolve the issues amicably.
