An advocate office runs in a residential flate. Whether Madhya Pradeesh electricity supply company will charge bill of that office under DOMESTIC or COMMERCIAL head?

As can be noted from the last paragraph, viz. para-9 of the judgement in quextion, the matter was referred to a larger Bench of the Hon'be Supreme Court. I recall that the said larger Bench has already pronounced its judgement which was contrary to the view expressed by the two-Judge Bench in the present judgment. Therefore, let us get the larger Bench judgement. I will be shortly hosting the same or will give citation of the same. In the meantime, if any other friends are able to find out the said decision of the larger bench, kindly do so .
