Can a listed company take on lease agriculture land for a long term at Tamil nadu, if the MOA of the company permits to do the same .

I would revise my query- whether in the state of Tamil Nadu, a company can take of agriculture land on Lease. Also can a company take agriculture land on lease in maharshtra
