urgent please change of name

Dear Sirs;
Please guide me ;i converted to a different religion than one in practice and in this regard i changed my name and now i want to make the changed name to be entered in officials records viz my work,my degrees and certificates,what is the procedure for doing the same please guide me.

You have to publish the changed name in the Govt gazette. Take a form from the Govt Printing press. Fill it. Support it with an affidavit. Then send it to Govt press for publishing it in official gazette. Thereafter you can change your name in office record. But it is difficult to change name in Degree certificate or other school record.
