renting of Flat for commercial use

My neighbour has rented out his flat for office use. As a result there is a steady stream on visitors. My family is getting uncomfortable due to this. Ihave checked with society office, who said that office can be run in housing society as per bye law and cannot stop it.

Is there any legal verdict, which i can use to stop renting of flat for non resident use.

In absence of nuisance of unlawful activities out of this office, you can stop the office from running in your area albeit it is a residencial ares.
