Hi

i have purchased a car from some one but the car was accidental , this thing i was not known at the time of purchase becasue to damange sign was availabe at CAR

can i lodge a complaint/Case against that person for selling me a defected CAR?

If the seller had told that it is a accident free car and If you have any proof, you go for a case. Otherwise you can not.

No you can not file. It was your responsibility to inquire all facts about the car before purchase. After purchase of car, you are estopped from say that car was accidental. Principles of caveat emptor will attract in your case.
