Time Limit for serving charge sheet.

Sir, I would like to know how long an employee can be kept on suspension, without serving the chargesheet. Is there any court order about natural revocation of suspension if charge sheet not filed within a time frame after suspension.

There is no time limit. If you want a speedy disposal of the case, go for Writ.

As replied by Arun there is no time limit for issue of charge sheet but certainly it should be issued within reasonable time. In case there is an inordinate delay, you you can go for revoking of suspension in appropriate forum.
