sir,
can you plz forward me urgently appropriate legal body or institution where i can file complaints on my client behalf regarding illegal money lending of around 80 lakhs to differentsalaried persons without licence. the cause of action arose at delhi only. what is the procedure of making complaints.

Under Punjab Registration of Money Lenders Act, 1938-- if a person is in the business of money lending then he has to compulsorily take the license for that form the collector of his district. [This Act is also applicable in Delhi].
hence you can file complaints on your client behalf regarding illegal money lending
before the collector of lenders'district.
