Without giving proper notice Vodafone has disconnected mobile connection due to the reason that there was some outstanding against another mobile no. and raised bill against said connected No. which have not been paid, now they have sent legal notice to recover their claim, my question is what are the protection I have under the statute?

you can file a consumer complaint for the no which is closed and whose outstanding are clear

It amounts to deficiency in services.Vodafone co can not disconnect the mobile connection on ground that there are some dues/outstandings of another mobile.File a complaint before consumer Forum.

Thanks for your suggetion , but sit I am affraid that they will file sec 156(3) for criminal breach of trust. Sir please guide me what are the preventive measures can be taken to avoid 156(3) of Cr.P.C.
