7/12 extract

sir, my father had 2 wives i am from 2 wife.my father died in 1982.there was some property.i now got the 7/12 extract from office and found that the 7/12 extract r on my fathers name and after that it shows that it is transfer on my stepbrothers name.sso shud i behlive that the property was purchase by my father before his death or my ancestral one then how can i find out that its an ansectral property.

u do have right 2 inherit. move an application 4correction of 7/12 entries.

Take the succession certificate to the talthi and enter your name on 7/12 along with your brother. Where the property is located?
