Dear Experts, If a Non Resident Indian lady (holding citizenship of Malasia) desire to marry an Indian Citizen. Is this marriage possible,Can she Indian citizenship, what are the implications and which provisions of law the marriage can be Solomonised. (both the male and female are Hindus), what are the procedures to be followed under the law applicable.
