IS this marriage Legal?

Husband's mother is wife's father's sister. Means Husband's mother and wife's father are brother and sister. Whether such a husband wife relationship is valid??

Yes. Mr. Mahendrakumar is right. ection 5 (iv) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 while prohibiting marriage between parties who are within the degrees of prohibited relationship has made an exception by saying "unless the custom or usage governing each of them permits of a marriage between the two".
Thus, if it is a custom or usage in the community, yes such a marriage is legal, otherwise not.
