Airforce/Army base

Hi,

If an Airforce/Army base is termed as restricted area in sign boards outside the base, under which law/provision its declared as restricted area and what are the rules that governs entry/exit of personel in the base.
Any help in this matter is highly appreciated.

entry to such places can be restricted by the concerned army/airforce act.
