Emails to be proved

Sir,
In 138 NI Act, can the complainant prove the conversation by emnails between the complainant and the accused? Can he file those emails in his evidence affidavit or he needs to first take the permission of the court?

yes, you can submit emails conversation also as a evidence.

yes he can file the emails and under the section 65 B of indian evidence act
