My marriage was solemnized at a place which is under Nimta Thana, North 24 Parganas. Now please advice me where we have to submit mutual divorce petition....in Barasat Court or Barrackpore Court ? Pls advice

Where you last resided, where marriage took place, where either of partner before marriage resided...all places have jurisdiction to take up your petition seeking mutual divorce.
