sir one fellow cheated forgerd my signature. now i want to file in court 420 and forgery case. for this sending legal notice is cumpulsary? if he wantedly reeject notice, without surviving of notice how to file in court ?

No sending notice is not at all necessity let alone compulsory. First lodge a complaint in the police station who may register the FIR. If that does not happen then move the court u/s 156(3) or u/s 200 of crpc.

but sir, incident happend in one area (khammam town,ap), now iam staying another place hyderabad, (ap) both are in one state but different districts, sir can i lodge copmplaint in hyderabad or copulsary in khammam? pease guide me sir

You can lodge the complaint where the offence was taken place (Khamman Town Police station or court).

sir, police not taking my complaint and i approched 2 local lawyers , they are not intereste to take my case because a laywer cheated and forgred my signature in my case in petition papers. so i want to lodge a 420 and forgery case on him
