Devolution of huf property

my grandfather distributed his immovable property located in mumbai by regd partition deed.to his 3 sons A B C in mumbai in year 1955 now is it called huf property in the hands of ABC and how children of ABC i.e. sons and daughters should distribute the property.do ABC have a right to make a will.A& B died intestate in year 1984 their children has a dispute of share percentage now c has made a will is it valid.

PLEASE ADVICE HOW CHILDREN (2 SONS 2 DAUGHTERS)SHOULD TAKE SHARE.

It is a technical question and will have far reaching effect for your future IT status and assessments . In short ABC each can again form HUF and can claim separate assessment for each unit.
