PLS CLARIFY IN WHICH CASE HINDUSUCCESSION ACT1956 APPLIES AND IN WHICH CASE INDIAN SUCCESION ACT 1925 APPLIIES .DIFF BETWEEN THESE TWO ACTS.THESE ACTS SEEM TO ME SAME

I do not know whether you are a legal person or not.
But one must always remember that the Legislature never wastes its words.
In other words, the legislature will never create more than one law on the same subject.

Having said this, it is not clear on what basis you say that both the Acts seem to be same. They may be similar, but definitely not same.

Please go through the attached file showing the applicability of the Acts. you will notice the difference.

Expert : R.Ramachandran has rightly guided you,before forming any such opinion like one you have,you need to re examine the applicability clauses of the two Acts under reference.

AS I READ FROM FILE U PROVIDED SIR I CONCLUDED AS I AM HINDU THAT INDIAN SUCCESION ACT APPLIES BASICALLY IN CASE OF WILLS .IT TELLS PROCUDERE AS TO WILLS .AND HSA 1956 TELLS NOW ABOUT SUCCESSION PRINCIPLES ABOUT INTESTATE SUCCESION THAT IS WHICH IS WITHOUT WILLS.I AM TELLING STATUS IN CASE OF HINDUIS .FOR EG INCASE OF INTESTATE SUCCESION IN CASE OF HINDUIS HSA WILL APPLY.AND FOR MAKING WILLS OF PROPERTIES WE HAVE TO REFER INDIAN SUCCESION ACT 1925.WITH WARM REGARDS
