Rectification in computerised records

There was a mistake in entering the data in the 7/12 extracts of land records. The same mistake was carried forwared while computerisation of land records. To which authority the person should approach, to get the mistake rectified? is there any time frame for authority to complete the formalities of rectification.

Tehsildar is the authority assigned with this job and ractification can be sought att any time.

Apply to tahashildar, lot of landholder have this type of problem as the data entry is done by unskilled hired people.

Go to your local talathi and get old 7/12 and apply for rectification.
