Internet shopping

I would like to bring into the notice to everyone who does internet shopping about the wesite'WWW.FETISE.COM'.
I have made an order on 14/08/2011 and order ref no.19201 till date i didnot receive the order and when i'm calling them over phone they are not even responding and in mails they are just replying saying please have patience semms they are just cheating the people and even they dont have the stock which they have made for sale.They are suppossed to dispatch the order within 20days of end of sale but its now more than a month of sale ended.
Please guide me in what way i have to approach inorder to solve this issue.

What is a sort of product that takes about 20 days to dispatch by the company?

The registration of domain name www.fetise.com is going to expire on 16-Nov-11 and would not be avilable on internet some time after that date, if not renewed by the company. The adminstrative and technical contact addresses are also different in registration particulars as against the address of the company given on the website.

File a complaint to the consumer forum for compensation and refund of money, if already paid.
Alternatively you could file criminal case for cheating and fraud as well.

you have not answered the query of experts as to whether you have paid any advance or made full payment for the product . if product has not been received and you have not made any payment cancel the order .

Many of us just like to jump into to prescribe a remedy even if it has no cause,they prefer to advise even before knowing the facts,an appreciable practice against those who restrain doing so.
