Change of caste

Weather it is possible to change the caste after joining a service in govt. organisation due to not submission of cast vlidity of the existing caste.In another words is it legal to provide one caste for initial recruitment and another cast for promotions of same person

If you have claimed a job in Government service, as SC/ST/OBC, you will have to prove. Otherwise that can be treated as a fraud on your part and would be liable for disciplinary action that may lead even to dismissal from service.
If your case is for other caste, that will not make any effect whatver is your caste.

it has happen that a person shows ST at the time of joining the service - thus he takes the benifit of ST categery ,for promotion he produced NT ( nomadic tribes )and takes the benifit of NT category also

Scheduled Tribe is a superset while Nomadic Tribe is a sub-set of ST. The person has not committed any wrong.
Assume for a while one has to declare one's gender. So I declare as "Male". Suppose there is a benefit for married persons, and I happen to be married, can't I claim the benefit? Likewise, if a person is ST he will furnish declaration as ST. If there is any further benefit available for Nomadic Tribes, and if he happens to be a Nomadic Tribe he will get the benefit applicable to such category. It cannot be said that he is in any way changing his community.

he has change the original caste to another cast hence community. NT is not a subset of ST but it is subset of OBC in central goverment( as per my knowledge ).in maharashtra ST ,SC,NT ,OBC has fix reservation

In any case, it is for the Administration to look into. What is your problem, unless you have some personal enmity with that person.

sorry i don't have any personal enmity with that person.but it is my loss that he is promoted earlier than me as i am in NT catogery . The problem is that weather a person can take the benifit of both ST and NT reservation at atime

I will agree with Mr Dhingra and Mr Makkar. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO WAY TO CHANGE CAST. hOWEVER ONE HAS LIBERTY TO STOP AVAILALING RESERVATION BENEFIT FOR PROMOTION ON JOINING. IN SUCH CASE HIS CASTE STATUS WILL BE DELETED FROM SERIORITY LIST. Further the reservations rules of Gov tdo not recognise anythng called NT. Reservation is for SC /ST/ OBC. Nomadic tribe if falling in any such category can avail the caste. It seems the queriest has detected casste fraud of a rival
