Late filing of documents

I could not file documents with my WS due to some reasons.
The case is now listed for issues. Can documents be filed now, if yes under what provision ?

are those documents referred to in WS?

Yes you can submit the relevant and necessary documents now in court under order 8 rule 1A{3} of civil procedure code.
