Query regarding importance to fill pf form 11.??!

Dear All, Is it necessary to submit Form 11 under P.f rule for those employees who are not covered under PF as their basic salary is above Rs. 6500/-? Is it necessary to submit form 11, if new employee join the company who is getting basic salary above Rs. 6500/- and the company not willing cover under pf? Please share your knowledge on it.

Yes. But you can ask for PF benefits instead of filing Form 11. It is like that saying that you dont need the benefits of PF.

Form 11 shall be filed, when the employee’s salary exceed Rs. 6,500/- per month, he has the option to join the Scheme(s) with the consent of employer.

Dear Lynce,
Without consent of the employer the employee, if not covered under the EPF scheme, is need liable to fill Form 11.

hello Sir,
Is it necessary to fill this form inspite of the fact that I am leaving the company.
It is just given now and has been asked by the employer to fill it back dates(to the date of joining).

Dear Lynch
1.EPF contribution by the employer and the employee on monthly basis.
2.Contributed amount shall be transfer on monthly basis.
3.After submitting form 11, a regd. code shall be allotted by the department.
How could possible to such things in back dates?????????
Answer is no.
