MY WIFE HAS FILED CRPC 125 FOR MAINTENANCE. NEXT DATE IS FIXED FOR OCT FOR REBUTTAL AND ARGUMENT.
MY EVIDENCE STAGE IS NOW CLOSED. I WANT TO TENDER MORE DOCUMENTS,

PLEASE GUIDE ME THE PROCEDURE.

Move an application along with an affidavit stating the reasons why these documents you could not file earlier,if the reasons are sound,the court may accept them,otherwise not.

Additional evidence is difficult at this stage when you recently have closed your evidence and no new fact/document you mentioned found thereafter so you can try by moving an application seeking additional evidence.

You have to file a petition for recalling the witness for the purpose of tendering such documents for formally prove the same.

Barman! The querist do no want to pu any additional questions from any witness rather wants to tender additional documents on court file which is not possible by re-calling an examined witness.
