'X' is Male Person
The 'X' received a property by the way of
1. By Partition
2. By Gift
3. By Transfer/Conveyance
4. By Will (No condition)
5. By Legal Heir
If he try to Sell the property...
Which type of Property required only his Sign and which one is 'X' and his Heir's Sign/Acceptance required.
Please clarify my query
