Trust by parents for retarded child

A friend of mine having metally retarded son aged 14 years is willing to creat a trust in his favour bequething all his assets to the said trust, spefically with provision of taking care of his son in future, when the parents are not alive.

What is the way out ?
Or is there any other method trustworthy which will ensure the welfare of the son in future to come ?
Please guide.

Your friend has thought in best way. Creation of such trust and selection of proper trustees are two different things. He should also think about those persons caring under trust.

Second option is availing similar types of trust or organizations working in similar field. I had been in Vatsalye Gram being run successfully by Sadhvi Didi Maa Ritambhra ji in Vrindavan. You may also see similar orgs.

Trust is the best idea provided you have line of trust worthy trustees.

Generally,People creates trust for such cases. you also go with Shri Raj Kumar Makkad's second option.
