I don't think answer can be straight yes or no.

What grounds it as annulled. In whose favor, it would depend on those factors too.

Also in which section she is asking maintenance, it would depend on those factors too.

A MARRIAGE WHICH IS ANNULED AND NO MARRIAGE IN EYES OF LAW PLUS NOT CONSUMMATED IN MY VIEW DOES NOT GIVE RIGHT OF MAINTENANCE.IN THE QUERY AUTHOR SAID MARRIAGE IS ANNULED.
