I would like to as the experts that can i ask judge for mediation,when 498a case i in court but the proceedings not yet started,they just got bail,if i would like
to re-join him,how this mediation helps&how to proceed.can i file RCR after filing 498 case. pls show me the way.

You can conduct mediation in lawyers chamber and say to court there is settlement process going on between the husband and wife.

Dear Prasoona,
Though I don't know the facts of your case, however there is a basic query:
Why you want to stay with a person who has harassed you. (Considering your 498a is true)
You can definately ask for mediation in any family case.
However, I am not in favor of RCR

Thank for u r reply,shonee sir why iwant to live with him is because still i love him & i believe strongly that his mother&brother in-law mis leading him.if anyone gives proper counselling definetly he will change.

yes i agreed with mr shonee's suggestion. we explained our view and opinion for the same question previously.
According to your further reply we wonder that you love him more . then why you knocked the police door .
You also tried by way of counseling and other by your family friends
Because life is like mirror. once brake then even patch it, never equal to original.

yes rcr can be filed even if u filed 498a before hand.

You can ask the Judge for mediation. Sometimes mediation works miraculously. I have seen many couple uniting after 10 years even fighting fiercely in Court. Passage of time and Change in situations enhances maturity level. I am always in favour of reconciliation as I believe all is well that ends well and to err is human and to forgive is divine.
