my grand father " H " had two real brothers say A and J . A was unmarried . J was married and had one son JB . My grand father had two sons my father "VP " and OP . OP was unmarried . he was allotted an alternative plot by dda . he sold the rights of this plot to one 'X" and executed ATS, GPA etc and a Will was also registered in favour of "X " by OP . He died in 2003. After his death my real uncle OP my cousin uncle JB ( cousin brother of the OP my father VP ) by submiiting the forged documents showing himself to be the son of my grand father "H " got the mutation in his favour and sold the property to some third party . even the purchaser " X" was not aware of this . Now it has come to my notice thru "X" that my uncle "JB" had sold ( in 2006) the said property by claiming to be the only legal heir of OP. He also concealed the fact from authorities that the children i.e me and my siblings , of the VP the real brother of OP are alive OP . Now the "X" has got the said will executed by vP in his favour and claiming his right over the said property . I have alsoi joined hands with him and want to teach my cousin uncle a lesson .
Now how can i get my property back or get some share of amount from the " X'. what are the legal options for me and "X" i and"X" have given the representations to the DDA .

you will have to take civil and criminal proceedings against your uncle
civil case for setting aside the sale made by your uncle to third party .
also to set aside mutation done by your uncle .
in addtion you can file criminal complaint for forgery, cheating against your uncle
